Test access

Users can take advantage of a 15-day free trial for all scripts sold on the web, in order to test and learn how they work.
No means of payment will be requested to access the test.
Trial requests must be made before making any purchase; Product testing will not be performed once the purchase is made. No payment or card details are required to request trial access.
The test request can be made through the link on our website or through a request made in the TradingView chat.
The only information requested is the TradingView username, in order to activate the product for that user.
Multiple trial periods will not be granted for the same person, even if this person changes their username on the TradingView platform. If our staff suspects a breach of this condition, they could require a minimum seniority on the platform from the requesting user, or directly deny the trial period.

Purchase and Subscriptions

On our website you can find subscriptions to individual indicators or indicator packs. These Packs group several indicators into one, which speeds up the change in the display of one indicator or another, without consuming the limit of indicators offered by TradingView for the plan contracted by the user.
Grouping several indicators also makes it easier to program interactions between them.
We offer monthly and annual subscription options.
Activating an indicator in the user’s TradingView account is manual, so it may take some time. Access is reviewed after completion of the contracted subscription period, so it will not be renewed in the event of non-payment or cancellation of a subscription.

Access to indicators is dependent on the Tradingview platform being available and maintaining its policy of supporting invite-only scripts.
PC-RAPID INFORMATICA S.L.U. is not responsible for providing any refund due to changes made to the Tradingview platform access policies or unavailability of the Tradingview platform or any other reason related to Tradingview.

Subscription management and cancellation

Customers who have subscribed for access to any product marketed on the website will have the right to cancel this subscription whenever they wish, and no more invoices will be issued once the contracted period has expired.
Canceling a subscription before the expiration period will not prevent the use of the indicator until the already paid period ends.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for any items purchased. Before making a purchase or subscription, we ask users to request trial access to check if the products are suitable for them. It will not be therefore or applicable the right to withdraw from the purchase, included in DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU, when the buyer has means of proof of the product prior to the purchase.
Refunds will only be made when errors occur in the amounts charged attributable to technical or human errors, whether their own or those of third parties, protecting the buyer in all cases and seeking the best solution for their interests.
